Nutritional Therapy - What to expect:

Pre Consultation: Before the consultation Nadia will ask you to complete an in-depth functional health check questionnaire. This gives Nadia a chance to learn more about your individual health history and ensure she is well researched and prepared to support you. From this information she will customise the most practical, effective and sustainable dietary and lifestyle programme for you.

The completed questionnaire needs to be returned to her at least three days before your consultation. This enables Nadia to build a picture of your health history and consider how she can help you achieve your goals. It also ensures you get more value from our consultation time as much of the analysis is carried out in advance.

Any tests you may have had done via your GP or another health care practitioner can also be included and may provide useful information.

The Consultation: In your one-hour consultation with Nadia you may expect;

A full explanation of her insight into and understanding of your health concerns.
A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments.
Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained.
The explanation of any vitamin and mineral deficiencies and advice on ways to correct these.
A detailed nutritional programme including diet, lifestyle and/ or supplements tailored to suit you.
A discussion of your treatment timeline, which will be included in your programme.

Each consultation is carried out in a relaxed and safe environment. Nadia will discuss your goals, health concerns, and agree a personalised programme that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and dietary preferences.

By identifying the root cause of your problem, rather than simply focusing on your symptoms alone, we will also find the long-term solution. The focus is on your care, promoting your health and vitality, beyond just the absence of disease.

All recommendations are agreed with you ?t and are designed to provide simple, practical effective nutrition and dietary solutions.

Post Consultation: After the consultation you will receive all the information you need to start on your journey to optimal health and wellbeing. This may include a personalised eating plan, stress management techniques, strategies to overcome cravings & emotional eating, exercise advice and, when appropriate, supplements.

Nadia’s whole-body approach guarantees that every aspect of your well-being is considered, and she initiates changes at a pace you are comfortable with.
