What is the Wim Hof Method?

The method is a combination of simple breathing exercises, cold exposure & mindset/commitment. These are powerful tools on their own but together they combine to become more than the sum of their parts. The method helps you to connect with feeling into your body and gives you the tools to live a happy, healthy and strong life.

This method is basically for everyone who wants to supercharge their inner strength. It’s for anyone who wants to increase the sense of ‘feeling alive’, enhance their overall well-being and feeling more centred.

Counter indications for Wim Hof Method?

CCB is a gentle, yet powerful technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing for better physical and emotional well-being. It is a transformative mind-body practice that uses dynamic diaphragmatic breathing to access, shift and heal old traumas in a safe, healing environment.

**Three fully guided breathwork sessions included**

Recognition, reconciliation, acceptance, integration and transformation of your barriers. This brings you to the connection with your heart, your essence. The contact with who you really are. It offers relaxation, peace, strength, harmony, self-confidence and self-esteem. In short, insight and awareness, it leads to fulfilment and joy.

The combination of the WHM and CCB has proven to be very powerful and deepening. Where the cold allows you to open up and surrender, the breath will be able to enter and heal. This training, allied to the Breath & Consciousness Academy, is accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance - The GPBA.

How does it works?

We slowly guide you back to your natural breath flow, the breath of a baby. Your authentic breath flow will give you more energy, health, love, joy, balance and relaxation.

For everyone who is interested in the power of the breath and wants to learn to use it for themselves and/or others. It is a wonderful gift to yourself, a very special deepening. The two basic modules also form the basis of the training to become a conscious connected breathing coach.  After basic module 2 you can continue on to the Training Course and There is also the option to become a Master Breathworker.


Content of the retreat Module 1. and 2.

  • Two to three breathing sessions per day

  • Feedback on your breathing pattern and your sabotage patterns

  • Attention for your process, learning to guard your own process

I’m running a Weekend Retreat together with Eibhlin Johnston (www.theresiliencyhub.com) this coming November 11th &12th in the beautiful surroundings of the Wicklow mountains.

We will be holding the Weekend Breathwork Retreat in the stunning venue of The Deerstone Luxury Eco Hideaway, on Saturday and Sunday 11th and 12th November. The weekend will start on Saturday at 9am and finish on Sunday evening at 5pm. For anyone seeking an extended stay, arrangements can be made separately to arrive on Friday 10th November, and at extra cost. During the retreat you will get the time and space to breathe, leaving you relaxed, refreshed and a step closer to your purpose. We will breathe together twice each day.
