Stress Safari Retreat with Mike Berkholst & Nadia Guido Haugh
Hack your stress response, find inner peace, and unlock your unstoppable potential.
In this retreat, you won’t learn to relax by avoiding stress, but by transforming the way you respond to it. This shift allows you to access a deeper state of calm, clarity, and resilience — even in the intensity of everyday life.
We embark on a Stress Safari: a powerful journey into your nervous system and your inner animal kingdom. You will become aware of how your survival responses operate within the modern jungle of life, and how to work with them instead of against them.
This is not just about talking about stress — it’s about experiencing and feeling it consciously. Through this process, you will begin to understand yourself on a deeper level: your patterns, your triggers, your needs and your natural rhythm. From this awareness, you will also start to understand others and the world around you more clearly.
You will learn how to make choices that are truly aligned with who you are, choices that feel authentic, grounded, and supportive of your wellbeing and growth.
You will receive practical tools and guidance to:

“The Hack Your Stress/TRE weekend was life changing. I left feeling entirely refreshed and with a completely new outlook on how to manage stress which is a part of all of our daily lives.
So often we get overwhelmed and despite our intellectual efforts to manage the stress, we often are not able to put the brakes on before we go into fight, flight or freeze mode. I learned on the Hack Your Stress Safari that this is for (the now painfully obvious) reason that stress is in the body! And breathing through it, and using your body as to help you to regulate your emotions is the first step, not more thinking or doing.
I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about trying to get on top of anxiety and stress and who wants to live a truly connected life with those the love, including, most importantly, themselves. It has already made me a better version of myself and a better Mom and wife. I am eternally grateful to Nadia and Mike for what they have taught me. And to my amazing fellow explorers, wholehearted thanks.”
